Inventory Adjustments is one of the inventory operations required features, companies are doing inventory count several times per year, if we have defected products or damaged, and we eliminate these products from the warehouse, so the inventory quantity does not match or equal the quantities on the system, then we should do an adjustment with a clear reason why this adjustment is done. Inventory adjustment is integrated with GL and generate its required journal entries for accounting purposes.
Inventory adjustment can be accessed under Items & Inventory Module – > Inventory Adjustment
If manual count is done on Excel or exported from handheld, then for ease of use, items adjustment can be imported from an external CSV file, just format the files as per the instruction on the screen.
